DISCREET SHIPPING

Our products are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked padded envelopes to protect your privacy and confidentiality at all times.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

US orders are processed within a 24-hour period (usually by the next business day) on all orders received before 12:00 PM. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays. All orders received after 12:00PM PST, will be shipped on the following business day. Although, unpredictable delays often occur such as difficulties verifying a billing address, technical problems or high traffic volume, you may rest assured that we will do what we can to get your package out on time. Over-night shipment is available in most areas for an additional fee.

International orders are processed same work day. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays.

All International orders will be sent out via Registered Airmail from our regional office in Asia.

For standard shipping estimated delivery time is between 7 – 21 business days.

For express shipping estimated delivery time is between 3 – 7 business days.
